- Serve as the team’s technical subject matter expert and technical escalation resource
- Identify and assist in developing enhancement opportunities across the enterprise through innovation and automation
- Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful results
- Engage with management regularly, reporting on project status, activity, and achievements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
- Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company
