Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead cultural change for cloud adoption in the organization.
- Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals in the Globe to enable them to be cloud advocates
- Acts as a Trusted Advisor on Cloud solutions architecture and delivery with emphasis on AWS and/or GCP.
- Act as a technical liaison between sponsors, developers, infra implementation teams and support.
- Understands cloud design principles, architectural best practices and industry standards
- Designs and Implements solutions based on industry architectural best practices
- Designs reference Architecture and provide input to the DevOps team for implementation of codified stacks that meet the needs of the applications
- Provides guidance on most aspects of AWS and/or GCP infrastructure offerings
- Analyzes application portfolios, identifies dependencies & common infrastructure platform components, and assesses migration feasibility
- Implements Lift and shift of existing on-premises application to different cloud platforms
- Implements ingress and egress data to and from different cloud platforms
- Educates team to design and implement architectures based on best practices
- Provides hands-on technical coaching to accelerate Cloud learning across the Cloud COE
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the architecture community
- Author or contribute to Technical Recommendations, Playbooks, Implementation, Integration or Migration Plans
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of a 4/5-year IT or engineering course with work experience in a large IT environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and can effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Leadership Skills with strong ability to manage technical teams locally and off-country.
- Well organized with effective time management skills
- Knowledge of IT Service Management and Operating methodologies (e.g., ITIL)
- Significant experience in leading problem management teams.
- Cloud, virtualization, OS, DB certifications (AWS, VMware, GCP, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in the design and implementation of complex IT solutions (including scalable cloud-based solutions and microservices architectures) with exposure to AWS and/or GCP.
- Experience with scripting (e.g. Shell, Python, Ruby, Powershell, etc).
- Experience with infrastructure as code, ops automation, and configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
- Experience architecting on GCP, AWS or Azure or other cloud computing environments.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies
- Experience in IT Strategy and/or IT Consulting.
