Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create, write and manage user documentation for company products.
- Coordinate on cross-functional teams to determine content and training needs.
- Assess, test and document new and upcoming product features.
- Draft and review product design and requirements documents.
- Draft and manage corporate style guide and terminology conventions.
- Coordinate with product management and engineering to execute content features into system.
- Execute internal processes to create documentation and content.
- Analyzing performance indicators and web traffic and determining the effectiveness of created content.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in Copywriting, Graphic Design, Programming, or a related field may be advantageous.
- Background with Articulate and Moodle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
