Web Development Trainer| Section 1  

Work Scope:
• Teach students on a day-to-day basis
• Conduct student consultations as needed
• Monitor and improve course curriculum when necessary

• Join meetings with advanced IT corporations
• Other tasks that may arise related to the instructor role
teaching programming and web development to beginner trainees with no prior IT background or experience to become aspiring full-stack web developers.

Teaach full-stack web development (Frontend, Backend, Database, DevOps) and others Guide trainees individually and by groups in building projects
Collaborate with other Bootcamp Mentors to improve the training experience
Report direct to management the status of the training and individual performance of trainees Ensure trainees are equipped with a competitive skillset and mindset to become job-ready

• Any educational background
• At least 1 year experience as a web developer or an instructor
• Experience using any of Programming languages
• Must have passion for teaching
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Comfortable teaching non-IT majors
• Willing to work from home 90% of the time (office reporting will be "as needed" basis)
• Must have a stable internet connection and a working laptop/PC with webcam and headphones
• Must have an allotted conducive teaching environment
