Service Delivery Lead| Section 1  

The Service Delivery Program manager is responsible for delivering all services in line with industry best practices, principles and frameworks.

The customer will implement a solution that will address its needs for data storage, data management, data applications and the migration of existing data, ETL jobs, reports and dashboards to a data lake.

The Service Delivery Lead will lead the data migration project together with the Business Enabling Teams through collaborative planning, execution, and monitoring of the project to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery by having a thorough understanding of the technical design, process flows, and data flows that ensures adherence to both business and technical requirements and standards.

The Delivery Lead should understand the business, data, application, technology, and risk map of the project and ensure the alignment with the strategic goals of the project.

Develop preliminary project, services, high level costs and timeline.

 Broad and Deep technical background with at least TEN years work experience in a senior service delivery role in the Power Distribution Sector

 Previous experience of delivering Data Warehouse projects in a Cloudera, Informatica or Talend environment.

 Big Data project experience is highly desirable

 IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud deployment expertise is a plus.

 PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Certification is preferred

 Agile and Scrum Master certifications are desirable
