Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Read and interpret Design Drawings and Site Plans
- Work within 4 to 6-man team
- Ability to climb and work safely at heights (up to 100 meters and above)
- Carry-out installation/erection/assembly of steel lattice self-supporting towers, guyed masts/towers, monopoles, Rooftop bipods, and other telecom structures including antenna mounting brackets, cable ladders, etc.
- Perform structural strengthening, reinforcement and retrofitting by adding braces/support, providing jackets, and replacement of tower members
- Tighten bolts and ensure joints are securely fastened
- Install, replace, and repair electrical/grounding/lighting system and accessories on the tower
- Perform general tower survey, audit and inspection including measurement of proposed new tower members/accessories
- Comply with health, safety and environmental procedures at all times
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools and lifting tools including gin poles, pulleys, chain block, winch, etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2-3 years of related working experience required
- Hold relevant climbing/safety certificates such as Working-at-Height, Tower rescue, CPR/First-Aid Training, etc
- Have thorough knowledge in using specific harnesses and fall-arrest systems
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Proficient at knot tying and have knowledge of their application
- Have thorough knowledge on local installation standards and latest industry practices (telecoms)
- Good knowledge of various test equipment
- Ability to travel and work out-of-base
- With valid driver’s license an advantage
- Experience working with PH MNO and/or Major Telecom Vendor is a plus
