Digital Delivery Lead | L11  

Job Description - Overview:
The Digital Delivery Lead will lead the bank’s digital programs and projects together with the Business Enabling Teams through collaborative planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and programs to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery by having a thorough understanding of the technical design, process flows, and data flows that ensures adherence to both business and technical requirements and standards. The Delivery Lead should understand the business, data, application, technology, and risk map of the project and ensure the alignment with the bank-wide strategic goals - 24/7 availability, six sigma reliability and service delivery.

Key Job Functions and Duties:
➢ Leads the overall delivery management of each project under within the managed portfolio ensuring such are delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.
➢ Defines and finalize project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business unit and key stakeholders
➢ Creates and manages the detailed timeline for project execution and ensures that resources are always aligned with such.
➢ Optimizes utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed quality and scope
➢ Influence and provide thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders in solving
governance, program and project management, business process and/or technical problems
➢ Establish the appropriate governance functions in accordance with enterprise best practice
➢ Oversee the overall design and architecture of the project being delivered and ensures that integration between the IT platforms conforms with the architecture provided by the SA
➢ Reviews technical design provided by the Solutions Architect such as database, application architecture and system interface design together with the technical delivery team.
➢ Identifies, monitors and manages project risks, issues, dependencies and action plans until project implementation and closure.
➢ Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and contingency plans.

➢ Monitors and manages project expenses to ensure it is within cost baseline.
➢ Identifies and manages project dependencies and monitors the critical path

➢ Ability to develop programs and deliver them with financial and resource constraints.

Desired Experience & Qualities:
➢ Broad and Deep technical background with at least eight years of work experience in a senior role.
➢ IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud development knowledge
➢ Knowledge of project planning tools.
➢ Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies.
➢ Knowledge about how other organizations are employing current and emerging technologies to drive digital business.

Qualifications and Accreditations:
➢ Agile and Scrum Master certification
➢ PMI or PRINCE2 certification is a plus Reporting structure:
