Job Description - Overview:
The Unified Communication and Collaboration Head will develop, implement and manage a unified strategic communication and collaboration strategic plan consistent with the Bank’s strategy and organizational priorities.
The UCC Head will act as the overall project manager related to unified communications and collaboration projects; ensures that project goals and objectives are met successfully and completed within the agreed timeframe, scope, and budget.

Key Job Functions and Duties:
➢ Supervises Unified Communication and Collaboration
➢ Collaborate with functional team leaders to develop, identify and support specific
communications and collaboration needs to grow and deliver the Bank’s services.
➢ Collaborate with the different communications carriers to develop strategies and plans for achieving mobile and telephony infrastructure goals.
➢ Collaborate with the different collaboration platform providers to develop strategies and plans in improving unified collaboration for the Bank.
➢ Introduce innovative communications and collaboration solutions that will promote efficiency in data and voice transmission.
➢ Comply with risk assessment procedures to strengthen and align security and data policies
➢ Set standards for maintaining and strengthening unified communications and collaborations platform.
➢ Manages the day-to-day activities and special projects of the Unified Communication and Collaboration Team.
➢ Establish the appropriate governance functions in accordance with enterprise best practice
➢ Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and contingency plans.
➢ Identifies, monitors and manages project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans until project implementation and closure.
➢ Monitors and manages project expenses to ensure it is within cost baseline.

➢ Strong business acumen, especially in the banking business. Familiarity with industry trends and innovation related to banking.

➢ Ability to develop programs and deliver them with financial and resource constraints.
➢ Assigns and monitors the scheduling and staffing requirements of all projects assigned to the team.
➢ Creates and maintains unified communications and collaboration documentations.
➢ Possess keen organizational and people handling skills with the ability to foster teamwork.
➢ Express oneself clearly in conversations, interactions, and business writing.
➢ The ability to plan and deliver oral and written communications that make an impact and persuade their intended audiences.
➢ The ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside or outside the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support.

Desired Experience & Qualities
➢ Deep technical background with at least five years’ work experience in a senior UCC role
➢ IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud development knowledge
➢ Knowledge of project planning tools.
➢ Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies.
➢ Knowledge about how other organizations are employing current and emerging technologies
to drive digital business

Qualifications and Accreditations:
➢ Agile and Scrum Master certification is a plus
➢ PMI or PRINCE2 certification is a plus

Reporting structure:
The UCC Head will report to the Enterprise Communication & Collaboration Head
