The Technical Consultant Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering: Taking functional specifications from users
• Support: Support the troubleshooting of existing developed applications (Forms, reports, and interfaces)
• Database Structure Design: Database structure design for Tables, views, sequences, synonyms and database triggers
• Application Development: Development of forms and reports (Forms and reports development for the whole application and register under Oracle application);

Creation of SQL packages, functions and procedures

• Integration and Interfacing: Integration of customized application with Oracle standard applications modules
• Training and Implementation: Train users;

Implementation of the applications; Provide technical documentation

• Support on Service Desk: Ensure SD tickets are resolved within SLAs;

Ensure customer satisfaction is kept to at least 95%

• Project Assignments: Ensure assignments are completed within the agreed deadlines;

Ensure all work is fully documented

• With expertise in Oracle R12
• Expertise in forms 6i or forms 10g, Reports 10g and PL/SQL (Min. 5 years).
• Good knowledge in Oracle Apps standards, Table Structure, Architecture and Databases (Min. 3 years) or 3 implementation
• Expertise in creating interfaces through Standard API's and Interface Tables and data loading.
• Good Oracle Discoverer
• Expert in using Tools like Toad, SQL Navigator, and SQL Plus.
• Capable of integrating Third-party tools with Oracle Apps Databases.
• Good Analytical, Technical, Time Management, and Communication Skills.
• Knowledge in MS Office and Documentation tools.
