- Mobile number range management with ISG maintained systems
- Request for definition/modification of number ranges in various system
- Progress reporting to stakeholders
- Number readiness prior to release to various frontline channels
- Monitoring of progress of testing of new number series in various platform
- Follow through progress of testing with various users
- Ensures network and system have tested new series prior to release to production
- Consolidates test results and report to Prodman status of system readiness
- Shared function of MTPOS definitions of promo codes and pricing
- Coordinate with various stores , Consumer marketing on Mobile price bulletin and corresponding set-up in Micortel Point of Sales (MTPOS) platform
- Promo code and pricing are parameters used by frontline stores for issue official receipt.
- Business parameter translation – CRm user id creation, modfication, and deactivation.
- Facilitates creation of user id in CRM.
- Coordinates approval of rule base access with different user groups
- Prepares consolidated template for creation via L2 Support of approval
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proficient in micorsoft excel Analytic Good communications skills Good moral character / 4 Yr IT, Computer Program College Grad OR any related course
