Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead requirement gathering analysis process and engaged with business users, solutions architects and delivery team to document, review and edit business requirements (BRS) for IT Solutioning
- Liaise with relevant users on the UAT plans and test cases preparation
- Conduct system test results verification, sampling review prior to releasing system for UAT
- Act as the IT Coordinator to lead the users on the execution of user acceptance test and deployment/ implementation activity
- Facilitate the communication between IT, testers and business stakeholders to ensure all have a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
- Provide support and coordinate between IT, vendor or supplier and business representatives throughout the system development life cycle
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent;
- Must have concrete work experience as a Business Analyst;
- Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in the related field;
- Must have experience in hands-on handling of software development projects;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
