- Analyze and designs the system requirements
- Capable in creating designs/functional specifications and test plan documents for development. Adept in developing or implementing new application enhancements
- Capable of communicating with the Project Client and Onshore counterparts regarding programming needs and technical deliverables
- Capable to coach and mentor junior resources in their technical/code deliverable
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 1 yr. experience in Object Oriented Programming
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
