Recruiter  

As a Recruiter, your main responsibility is to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Your responsibilities include sourcing, screening and interviewing. You will work alongside the Human Resources team.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements, and recommend the best candidates to clients after a detailed screening and skill assessment.
• Stay current on trends, emerging technologies and new and hard to find skill sets.
• Network extensively to find potential candidates and clients.
• Source through internal candidate database as well as professional associations, referrals, and other networking resources.
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

• BS Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any relevant field
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in Human Resources
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume database
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good at identifying talent and persuading people for interview
• Sound judgment and critical thinker
• Can handle multiple recruitment requirements
