Civil Engineer  

Ensures the timely accomplishment of all activities for civil works as listed in the project checklist such as but not limited to accreditation of contractors, designers, consultants, suppliers, surveying, planning, designing, control estimate, bidding, scheduling, preparation for bid documents, government agency approvals, application to utility companies, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Civil Supervisor in the bidding and execution of civil works of ongoing and proposed project.
• Assist and coordinate with team of professionals in performing their assigned responsibilities efficiently. Coordinate conflict with the design and/or actual work with concerned designers and other trade in-charge of the projects.
• Assist in the review project bids or proposals/plans and recommend any corrections if needed.
• Assists in gathering and collecting design requirements and scope based on project plan and recommend best options for the project.
• Interact with other Architects and Engineers in planning, designing, bidding and construction of company projects.
• Coordinate works with other group.

• Must be a Civil Engineer
• With at least 1-2 years experience in planning, designing and construction of civil works for mixed use high rise buildings.
• With experience in coordination with MEPF trades, estimating and bidding review of construction plans and specifications
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
