Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receives and encodes service calls
- Encodes service report details to one working file for the completion of service
- Scans service reports and other documents
- Encodes SI/DR billing
- Processes PM/labor charges, billings, etc
- Filters and analyzes data
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- Computer Literate
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel, knows how to use formulas - particularly VLOOKUP formula
- Willing to be assigned to a 6-month contract
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
