Digital Marketing Specialist  

About the Role

GrowthDeputy is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist for a technology company providing live video streaming solutions. You will be part of the marketing department responsible for campaign setup, management, and reporting.

Marketing experience in B2B / enterprise software / SaaS is required to be considered.

Salary offers start from PHP 60,000-70,000 for qualified candidates and is negotiable based on your proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and refine lead generation campaigns based on data insights
• Manage paid channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Create and test landing page variations to optimise performance
• Write conversion-driven and on-brand ad copy
• Prepare design briefs and liaise with designers for ad creatives
• Research, monitor and analyse market and competitor trends
• Manage KPI dashboards for measurement and assessment of marketing effectiveness
• Interpret and present campaign data weekly and propose areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in B2B performance marketing
• College level education
• Marketing background, with proven results in SEM and paid advertising
• Experience with Wordpress and HubSpot CRM/CMS is a plus

• Reliable Internet Connection min speed of 25Mbps
• Headset and Webcam
