Property Manager  

Responsible for making sure that building and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. Accountable for services such as access, cleaning, safety, security, parking, and utilities to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work

• Responds to any queries regarding building maintenance and sourcing local contractors to fix issues;
• Ensures that buildings meet all legislation and local government requirements (i.e., licenses, fees, etc…);
• Undertake risks assessments;
• Understands any necessary/general maintenance works and managing upkeep (i.e., trash collections, etc…);
• Negotiates with suppliers to get the best deals for maintenance;
• Manages rent payments from tenants, ensuring relevant tenancy agreement are in place and adhered to;
• Shows potential new tenants around the facility;
• Primary manages the office/building system (i.e, CCTV, fire alarm, etc….);
• Leads the emergency preparedness response team; and

• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, inspecting vacant units, completing repairs, planning renovations

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Must be a licensed mechanical or electrical engineer
• With at least 5 year(s) of working experience in related fields
• Strong knowledge in building maintenance
• Can work well with a team.
• Able to manage time well and meet deadlines.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
