Operations Manager  

HR & Recruitment:

• Plan and review compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
• Manage staff levels, contract, appraisal moment, regulation and any kind of employee needed
• Manage and create monthly and yearly events for the company and its employees
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Support employee communication with the management team

Finance:

• Forecast requirements, prepare a monthly and an annual budget, planning and organizing account payable and account receivable flow.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Review and approve all incoming and outgoing invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
• Make payment & invoicing agreements with our vendors and clients.

General:

• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions related to HR & Finance together with the Country Manager
• Identify problems and opportunities for the company SOP’s
• Ensure a perfect working environment for high performance
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Pick up operational projects as is required from the management
• Manager 2 to 4 people related to HR & Finance

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, psychology or related field.
• Experience min 5 years in management, HR, finance, operations, and leadership.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management.
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Experience with human resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Understand with labor laws in Indonesia
