Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for assisting with customer service questions and concerns and solving basic operations issues.
- Track and summarize common questions and concerns.
- Work closely with the GoodWork Operations Team.
- Communicate with users primarily via SMS, Messenger, and phone call.
