- Be the first point of contact for patients.
- Monitor and track the patients' vital signs and perform procedures like Intravenous Laser.
- During therapy, help them in different tests and also administer medications.
- Keep track of a patient’s progress and enter the data in the patient’s report.
- Develop the day-to-day nursing care plans.
- Make sure that equipment and other supplies are in stock.
- Carry out the requisite treatments and medications.
- Maintain reports of patients’ medical histories and monitor changes in their condition.
- Observe and record patients’ behaviour.
- Maintain hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the healthcare procedures.
- Coordinate with Physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
- Create a harmonious environment in order to provide emotional and psychological support to the patients and their families.
- Adhere with the protocols, norms, rules, and regulations in order to maintain complete medical records.
- Conduct research for improving the nursing practices and healthcare outcomes.
- Discuss treatment with Pharmacists and Physicians in the critical cases.
- Provide necessary guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Keep an eye on each and every aspect of patient care that includes physical activity plus proper diet.
- Assist Doctors.
- Resolve patients’ problems and fulfill their requirements by applying multifaceted team strategy.
- Interact with the healthcare teams for maintaining harmonious relationships.
- Obtain medical records and gives complete information to the Physician about patient’s condition during consultation/treatment.
- Maintain confidentiality of patients and prospective patients’ information.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least an Applied Associate degree in Nursing from a two year college or technical school.
- At least six months to one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Very good communication skills.
- Compassionate nature and need to be empathetic to the patients.
- Good health and may have to work at odd hours.
- Tactful, patient, understanding, dependable, and a desire to help people.
- Able to work as a part of a team.
- Honest and discreet.
- Knows how to observe proper decorum.
