Talent Acquisition Associate  

The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for the following:

• Facilitates and assists in end-to-end recruitment process across all brands of Healthy Options
• Screens, interview candidates and conducts required pre-employment tests to assess “fitness” of candidates in terms of qualifications and interests.
• Prepares job adverts, checks application forms, shortlists, interviews and selects candidates for endorsement to different line managers
• Manages online job portals

Other tasks

• Works closely with third party service partners regarding manpower requirements and assuring timely placement of vacancies
• Handles cases of third party personnel such as incident reports forwarded by line managers
• Accurate and timely processing of reconciled invoices from service partners and suppliers

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment
• Employer branding experience is a plus
• Highly creative and resourceful
