Marketing Associate  

Healthspan is looking for a Marketing Associate to help build our brand across different social media platforms! You will be conceptualizing, executing, and managing our digital campaigns and strategies!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop clear and engaging content for various marketing initiatives including ads, social media content, and emails
• Plan and ideate our content calendar both for our corporate brand (Healthspan) and our partner brands
• Coordinate and collaborate with sales, operations, and other related teams to develop meaningful and engaging content for various purposes including offline, retail, in-clinic and event collateral
• Own the creation of copy and written content to support the execution of our digital marketing strategies
• Collaborate with our design team on the execution of our content
• Support our sales team in offline marketing efforts (product demos, conventions, brochures, etc.)
• Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, tracking performance metrics and triaging messages
• Ensure all-around consistency in content design and development (style, fonts, elements, color, images, and tone)
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with social media trends and the Philippine dermatology industry

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Familiarity with the dermatology industry, social media platforms, and digital marketing techniques
• Strong writing and copy skills are highly desired
• Passionate for branding, communications, and content creation
• Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills
• Creative and analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail
