Customer Success Specialist  

• Responsible for all post-sales activities including planning, coordinating, monitoring, and communicating client requirements, requests, and budgetary changes to and from the internal team.
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training.
• Be the point-of-contact of clients.
• Work closely with the Management to support Company's vision and process ideals.
• Identify potential problems and points of friction and find working solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Help in solving minor tickets such as creating and updating user info in the platform.
• Be comfortable in using IT systems.
• Familiarity or experience in using Asana or other project management tools is a plus.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.

At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and can work with minimal supervision.
• Hardworking and able to reach deadlines.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and/or GSuite Applications.
• Experienced in using Asana is a plus.
• Working Internet at home of at least 5mbps.
