Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recommend and develop programs on how to deliver seamless customer service
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, and then design specific practices that AIM can put into place to improve customer experience
- Generate and analyze market and business trends to deepen business knowledge Gather market or competitive data through a number of ways, from desk research to mystery shopping and interviews to help develop a picture of where AIM stands in the industry, how it can improve its standing and offerings and how to improve competitiveness. Develop and monitor the Service Level of departments with impact on customer service Develop and manage Training sessions to improve customer service (soft and technical skills) and product knowledge.
- Review of initiatives that will positively impact customer experience i.e. CRM system Management of Customer Council
- Lead/initiate research initiatives to better understand customer behavior and address pain points
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Related experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and events coordination skills.
- Creative thinker, able to generate new ideas
- Customer-oriented.
- Project management: able to manage and deliver successful projects within tight budgetary and timescale constraints using both in-house and external resources.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work loads.
- Able to establish and manage effective relationships.
