Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manages the functional process of the department by leading the Accounts Payable Team including development and implementation of procedures and methods to monitor work activities.
- Develops and maintains performance measurement metrics appropriate to each specific business area.
- Develops appropriate best practice benchmarks together with comparative Operational and KPI’s Dashboard Reporting for the IBS group.
- Leads, manages, and monitors delivery of the Accounts Payable Team objective based on the principles of superior customer service, continuous improvement and best practice. Maitains excellent relationships with internal customers so as ensure mutual goals are achieved and up-to-date knowledge of best practices within the environment.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
- At least 5 years work experience.
- Experience working in a BPO set up.
- Experience in Record to Report and Accounts Payable Accounting.
- Individual Contributor.
- Willing to work night shift and in BGC.
