Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- In-charged with the stock management and performs a daily stock inventory
- Tasked to encode and do the Daily Inventory and Wastage Monitoring then submits to SC Audit daily
- Closely coordinates with Purchasing & SC Stockroom (Stacy & Harry) for issues regarding stock availability
- Assigned in stock receiving, including Quality Checking of all Delivered Items
- Observes the daily Issuance Schedule, maintain storage room clean & organized all stocks
- Strictly implement FIFO in all stocks by labeling all stock received with Date Receive and Expiration Date upon receiving
- Submits the End-of-Shift Report (inclusive of Receiving/Delivery Report, Beginning/Ending Inventory, Wastage Report, RL/86 Items, approved Daily Market List, SC Stockroom Requisition, LGP Purchase Order, Daily Purchase Report & Supplier/Stock Concerns) to the Purchasing, SC Stockroom, Pastry/Commissary, IS
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate or College Level
- Preferably with Accounting or Business Management Major
- With at least 1 – 2 Year experience in the same field & with Stock Management background
- Must have a good attention to details and must have critical thinking
- With Basic Food Safety knowledge and good Personal Hygiene
- Must posses Initiative, Maturity & Integrity
- Male and can do heavy lifting.
