Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conceptualize, design, develop, and implement training initiatives to support the overall training strategy.
- Conduct TNA to identify the learning and development requirements.
- Prepare Learning and Development Calendar/Curriculum for identified training needs.
- Design and facilitates training program as needed.
- Develop methods and tools to measure development and training initiative impact and effectiveness across the organization.
- Use post training feedback and evaluation to develop process improvements and make recommendations for change.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure that employees continue to learn and develop personally and professionally.
- Collaborate with third party providers to customize training initiatives.
- Assess feasibility of existing training providers and recommend new providers whenever necessary.
- Conduct basic comparison of competing supplies, make recommendations, and review contracts.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Specialist with at least three (3) years of experience handling Recruitment and Training functions.
- Knowledgeable of training processes, systems and tools, recruitment profiles, and external marketplace trends.
- Strong design and facilitation skills.
- Good leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical, planning, and problem solving skills.
- Good presentation skills.
