Executive Assistant  

To support the Chief Operating Officer with the day-to-day operations and in the management and supervision of project development and fund raising activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
•-Administrative assistance and day-to-day management of the COO activities
-•Support COO in project development, proposal writing, project monitoring and evaluation, implementation of fund raising strategies •
-Coordinate Foundation Board meetings, take minutes and follow through on designated action items •
-Support COO in activities such as travel and meeting coordination •
-Gather data and organize the materials to support reporting processes for Board of Trustees •
-Maintain the administrative and financial library for the Foundation’s official documents (Board minutes, mancom minutes, corporate files, etc)
-•Coordinate management meetings, prepare briefings and take the minutes for internal meetings •
-Act as primary point of contact for COO-led fund raising activities, which includes among others, project development meetings, coordination with funders for administrative requirements, etc.
-•Maintain efficient communication re Haribon fund raising activities by answering phone queries, preparing briefs, etc. •
-Assist in the coordination of fund raising events
