Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and direct the operations team consisting of more than 20 stores nationwide
- Provide strategic directions and goals towards business sustainability and growth
- Continuously enhance the performance management of the Operations group to ensure improved performance and productivity of the team
- Look into systems, quality standards, processes, procedures and internal controls to ensure customer satisfaction and overall company profitability
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree, any field
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must have been an Area Manager, at the very least, of established food and beverage companies
- Must have extensive knowledge of retail food operation, food safety, process, procedures and controls, food costs, profit and loss statements and customer servicing
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills: keen on details and with passion to succeed
