Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy (Forecasting, Planning, Warehouse, Distribution)
- Creating and managing bill of materials
- Creating and managing quarterly budget
- Collaborate with business, operations, and RnD teams
- Determine key supply chain OKRs
- Suggest solutions for process improvements
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Train and evaluate the team by providing constructive feedback
- Assist planning and logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, central kitchen production, outlet shipment and delivery, and returns on products
- Third party vendor evaluation and review
- Build and maintain good relationships with warehouse and logistics vendor
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Previous experience as a supply chain lead or supervisor or in a similar field for 2-3 years.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving, a strategic and critical thinker
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of company products and logistics
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or related software.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
