Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversees store operations activities and coordinates with store heads in training their store personnel;
- Takes part in the screening and selection process of applicants for the stores’ manpower requirements;
- Regularly meets with store heads for updates and initiates steps to address those concerns;
- Handles the periodic performance evaluation of assigned store managers and submits the necessary recommendations prior to movement or change in employment status;
- Reviews and endorses performance evaluation of store personnel before they are submitted to the operations manager/president for approval; and
- Reviews regular/monthly reports submitted by store heads
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably with at least 5 years related work experience in a similar industry
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good problem-solving skills and presentation skills
- Effective communication skills
- Has a strong understanding of the company’s products and services
