Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of a store and making sure it runs smootly and effectively
Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum Bachelor degree
Minimum 3 year experiences as a Store Manager (had experience in fresh store are an advantage)
Able to make SOP for the store and making sure it runs smootly
Able to communicate in English (passive)
A detail oriented person
High empathy, service and quality oriented, and having a “people-first” attitude
Having good communication and leadership to manage a team
Able to use Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PPT)
Willing to work shifthing schedule around Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
