Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide updated project pricing
- Craft updated NPV Calculators
- Make sure that amendments and requests to NPV computations are accomplished
- Provide computation and advice on payment terms to sellers
- Monitor construction updates
- Perform Land Acquisition Tasks such as collating information and documentation regarding selected properties
- Create Financial Feasibility Study on Land Acquisition projects and provide presentation materials for Board Meeting
- Assist in crafting the monthly presentation of the division
- Perform regular payment obligations of the division (ex. HOA dues)
- Facilitate in the Open House and other related Marketing events of the division
Kualifikasi Minimum
Job Requirements:
- Preferably a graduate of Economics, Business Management, or any related studies
- Preferably with real estate background
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills and adept in financial calculations
- A results-oriented self-starter
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
