Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides assistance with HR recruitment, admin, and training activities
- Performs sourcing, initial screening, and endorsing of pre-qualified candidates
- Assists with maintaining and updating recruitment databases and 201 files
- Participates in organizing HR events, such as job fairs, recruitment caravans, trainings, and general assemblies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
