Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Attends to assigned project by conducting daily site visits and activities to ensure correct implementation of works at project site.
- Attends pre-bidding of projects in order to select the best contractor.
- Attends weekly construction meetings for project monitoring purposes.
- Prepares billing of contractors by checking actual accomplishments and the percentage of work status to ensure that the submitted billing amount is correct based on actual status of the project site.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna
