Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assists sales agents in providing a sales pitch to their clients
- Presents and demonstrates home automation technology to showroom guests
- Promotes unique features of the projects
- Walkthrough VIP clients, key personnel, other employees and guests around the model units
- Cascades proper information and updates sales agents and clients on projects and events
- Conducts thorough trainings to both old and new sales agents
- Maintains a list of delinquent agents not properly abiding to the showroom rules and regulations
- Inspects and maintains showroom displays on model units
- Monitors and generates weekly showroom update report
- Monitors the status of marketing collaterals and equipment deployed to agents on roadshows
- Generates weekly reports concerning issues and damages within the showroom
- Inspects the condition of booth displays located within the district's vicinity
- Coordinates showroom and booth display damages to GIRMI for repairs
- Supervises progress on repairs conducted within the showroom
- Performs clerical duties such as answering phone calls and generating inventory checklists and logs
- Monitors showroom supply consumption and assists in generating reports concerning daily usage
- Eloquently handles customer complaints and issues
- Verifies and updates sales status of units on the showroom availability chart board
- Walkthrough clients and agents on the project site; showcasing actual sellable units and amenities
- Generates reports on showroom and actual site viewing count
- Any showroomrelated task/s given by his/her immediate superior
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Others or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English
- Must be good at client presentation or public speaking
- Must be outgoing and people oriented
- Sales background is an advantage
