Main Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and develop Risk Management Strategy Guidelines
- Developing Company risk criteria (Risk Acceptance Criteria)
- Arrange determination of Risk Appetite
- Creating KRI / Tolerance
- Establish policies related to Company Risk Management
- Compile, monitor, report the risk profile/top risk of the Company
- Provide best practice guidance to the team.
- Identifying and analyzing various risks (e.g. operational, compliance, financial, develop risk culture & awareness.
General responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessment for all GGF strategic projects including (infrastructure, NPD, M&A, Expansion, etc)
- Ensuring and reviewing that the mitigation plan has been implemented
- Monitor & follow-up project progress
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Financial Management
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Risk Management/Internal Control Jr Manager
- Candidate with CRMO / CRMP is preferable
