Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implements city-level marketing and business development initiatives.
- Contributes in improving the operational processes of the local Grab system in terms of achieving the city’s goals and objectives.
- Analyzes historical and predictive data and able to create and execute on strategic and tactical action items to improve growth of the business.
- Addresses day-to-day driver concerns.
- Coordinates Driver License Retention Manila team to implement incentives.
- Monitorsdriver incentives payouts.
- Reviews fraud cases and driver disputes.
- Monitors driver and passenger behavior and complaints.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree, with a degree in Management and Mktg. preferred.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience of management/marketing.
- Entrepreneurial – strong experience in the startup environment.
- Strong Knowledge of operations.
- Strong Knowledge of the local market (strong network within the taxi industry preferred).
- Proficient with MS Office tools such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
- Strong experience in sales and presentations.
