Talent Acquisition:
- Partner closely with defined business areas and understand their requirements and hiring needs (taking in-depth job briefings and building robust, consistent job specifications with agreed competencies and indicators).
- Establish, maintain, monitor, and build excellent working relationships with every function in People Operations and ensure Talent Acquisition is adding value and informing their decisions.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key sponsors, managers, and internal departments, working as a seamless part of the HR operation
- Developing the appropriate sourcing channels and work in collaboration with the research team to meet the Talent Acquisition SLA’s
- Monitor and adhere to SLA’s including performance targets.
- Focus on process efficiency, high levels of quality, and providing “added value”
- Ensure the applicant tracking system and application users have the appropriate training and continued coaching.
People Services:
- Engagement
- Coordinating and drive Employer-branding activities with guidance from Regional Employer Branding Team
- Creating local initiatives for PH Grabbers every month.
- Cross-checking and monitoring of complete details such as statutory government number, personal details, etc of all Grabbers.
- Cities & Entities Coordinator
- Ensuring all inquiries are being assisted and all MNL activities are reflected in cities
- Manage all other ad-hoc tasks
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, Psychology, or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Analyst/ Sourcer/ HR Generalist
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage
- Must have good communication, critical thinking, attention to details, and interpersonal skills
