Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prequalifying of documents of buyers
- Receiving buyer's payment (cash collection) and documents
- Reservation agreement computation
- Entertaining and assisting brokers/ agent inquiries.
- Keep up to date sales inventories
- Responsible for generating sales and managing account
- Handling urgent calls, e-mails, and messages
- Developing and maintaining filing system as to maintain sales record, and sales report
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Willing to work on-site (Antipolo)
- Willing to work on weekends, with one weekday off.
- Willing to learn
- Trustworthy & honest;
- Strong computation skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills, especially with agents and buyers;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
