Delivery Driver  

JOB SUMMARY

• The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient storage of goods within GOLDMÜNZEN, INC.’s Warehouse.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational
  • Knows and observes the proper handling of all goods in the warehouse.
  • Ensures that goods are arranged in the pallets as indicated in the procedure.
  • Observes FIFO (First In, First Out) in storing the goods.
  • Follows the stacking guidelines as indicated in the procedure.
  • Consults and regularly updates the map locator in coordination with the Warehouse Assistant.
  • Ensures the safety of people and goods while operating the forklift.
  • Reports to the Warehouse Assistant on a weekly basis all the significant aspects of delivery including but not limited to: accidents or product spillage, equipment status/breakdowns, maintenance concerns/records, product concerns, customer recommendations/complaints, etc.
  • Performs other activities that may be required from time to time that will contribute to the company’s operations.
• Vehicle Management
  • Responsible for the maintenance of GMI’s company van and forklift thru such activities as, but not limited to:
    • Weekly cleaning
    • Monitoring and implementation of scheduled vehicle maintenance checks
  • Ensures the efficient and effective use of GOLDMÜNZEN, INC. resources during delivery thru and not limited to:
    • Monitoring of fuel consumption
    • Effective scheduling of storage of goods
    • Developing and implementing cost-efficient ways to conduct Warehouse procedures, subject to the approval of GMI management.
  • Coordinates with the Warehouse Assistant in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of plans to promote the efficiency of delivery.

• A high school
• Possesses a valid Professional Driver's License
• Has a good moral character
• Has an eye for details
