Technical Support Specialist  

• Administration and providing of uninterrupted access to enterprise services of Active Directory, GPO, maintenance of primary (logs, errors, replication), secondary DC(domain controller), roaming profiles, delegation of group and department rights / server 2008R2, 2012 / Virtualization systems on Vmware, Hyper-V
• KES10 v10.2.434 Administration, maintenance, policies and rules, trusted zones, groups by countries and timetables, port activity, updates, searching and neutralization, inventory, logs.
• Personal account administration of the internal CRM of all employees of the company, access rights, support of relevant employee list / dismissal.
• Archiving and backup of key services, policies, information.
• Network maintenance (partially). Mikrotik RB2011iLS-IN, D-Link DES-3200- 26, VPN, TCP \ IP, NAT, DNS, VLAN, RDP, SSH, DHCP.
• CCTV: administration, maintenance.
• Technical consultation of users, development of documentation.
• RMS (Remote Manipulator System 6.3.0.6) \ administration, maintenance.
• Physical part (one-time repairs at the block level, installation of LAN, ordering of equipment).
• Working with office equipment, network scanning, printing.

Work Experience:

• Over 3 years of work experience
• Experience in administering of Windows 2008 R2 / 2012, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN,
• NAT, VLAN, RDP, SSH, SMTP
• Knowledge of the entire line of MS Windows.
• Knowledge and understanding of network operation principles in general and network equipment in particular
• Experience in installing LAN / SCS.
• Backup and archiving systems, data recovery
• Preventive work, repair at the block level, office equipment, modernization of computer facilities
• Understanding of sip-telephony work
• Knowledge of network protocols; stack, principles of computer networks' building
