We are looking for individuals who can help non-English speakers communicate more clearly and effectively in English. A balance between good English instruction skills and learner engagement is what we look for in a candidate.

Requirements:

1. This is a Home-Based position.

2. Business and/or corporate experience (minimum of 2 to 3 years)

3. Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing --- grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.)

4. Filipino citizens or foreigners with working permit living in the Philippines, specifically in:

• Baguio
• Pampanga
• Laguna
• Cebu
• Cagayan De Oro
• Davao

5. Fluency in other languages is a plus.

6. A college degree is required

7. Computer skills are a must.

8. Typing skills are necessary, including the ability to type accurately while on the telephone.

9. Multitasking is a key.

10. Training/teaching experience is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

1. PC or Mac (laptop or desktop)

2. Noise-canceling headset with microphone

3. Land-line/cable telephone – cellular phones are acceptable for the interview, but candidate must be willing to install land-line/cable phone if hired (cellular telephones are NOT compatible with this position)

4. high-speed Internet connection (Download 5 ot 10Mbps, Upload 2 to 3 Mbps)

5. webcam capability (internal or external)

6. backup internet connection (wi-fi stick)

7. Windows - Windows 8, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10 with 4 GB of RAM

8. Mac - OSX El Capitan or higher

9. Processor - Core i3 or equivalent

10. Browsers - Firefox, Chrome (as a backup)

Teaching days and hours:

Working days are from Monday to Sunday (your choice within the 7 days), and we require a minimum of five hours per day, five days a week for a total minimum of 30 hours a week.
