Sourcing Specialist  

About the Position

The Trainer Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for headhunting and sourcing applicants (Language Trainers) and guide them throughout the recruitment process until the final decision made by the hiring manager.

What You’ll Do

• To be responsible for the headhunting and sourcing of language trainers applicants
• To be responsible for the website selection/research and post job ads
• To guide the applicants during the steps of the recruitment process and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager (Trainer Manager)
• To maintain accurate tracking through Applicant Tracking of the progress of each applicant
• To Provide daily status reports giving detailed information on the employment activity
• To Ensures timely feedback to applicants

What You’ll Need

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the recruitment field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City Eastwood office.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
