Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Clarifies with stakeholders their needs and priorities
- Manages communication and deployment once the project is finished or about to finish
- Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques
- Assists the team and makes sure that project members are on track based on the set timeline
- Ensures that all members are aware of their project deliverables.
- Motivates the team and provides mentoring and coaching when needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With at least 10 years of proven working experience in successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile Methodologies
- Has a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and expertise in Agile and Traditional project management
- Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks.
- Passion for the latest technologies and development methodologies
- Customer Focused: Passionate about user-focused design, high-quality technology, and what we can do to improve it
- Technically Agile: Ready to deep dive into technical areas when needed but also discuss these topics to a non-technical audience
- Priority Driven: At ease working in a constantly evolving, dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution
- Understands and practice a balanced approach to managing the team and the projects you are responsible for
