Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Perform accounting administrative and bookkeeping duties. Provide assistance to the accounting supervisor in all matters related to financial reporting and compliance.
Detailed Job Description:
- In charge of processing and payment of accounts payable.
- In charge of banking transactions and reconciliation.
- Participate in the computation of bi-monthly payroll and government remittances.
- Assist in the preparation and compliance of government mandated reports and returns.
- In charge of recording accounting transactions in the accounting software.
- Assist the accounting supervisor in the generation of reports and schedules supporting monthly financial statements.
- Participate in month end, quarter end, and year-end closing activities.
- Other tasks may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
- 1 yr experience in related field is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
- Background in MYOB is a plus but not preferred.
- Ability to multi- task.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Team player, quick to learn and can work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in Eastwood.
- Can start immediately.
