We are looking for individuals who can help non-English speakers communicate more clearly and effectively in English. A balance between good English instruction skills and learner engagement is what we look for in a candidate.

The position
We are looking for fun, energetic, and intelligent individuals from different backgrounds who will help transform our clients’ communication skills and make them more competitive in today’s dynamic business world.

As a trainer, you will be conducting lessons online and over the phone to our clients. Our learners are mostly business professionals and executives. On any given day, you may have a CEO, senior manager of a top company, scientist, doctors, lawyers, or other professionals from highly-specialized fields as your learner.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work from home
• Business and/or corporate experience
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing --- grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.)
• First or second language must be English
• Fluency in other languages is a plus
• Some college is required; a degree is preferred
• If without a college degree, must have a corporate working experience
• Good computer skills
• Typing skills and the ability to type accurately while on the telephone
• Know how to multitask
• Training, teaching, or tutoring experience
• Quiet, dedicated workspace
• Work authorization for non-Filipino citizens

Technical Requirements:

• PC or laptop (Windows 8, 8.1 or 10 with 4 GB of RAM or Mac OSX El Capitan)
• Processor (Core i3 or equivalent)
• Browsers (Firefox or Chrome as a backup)
• Landline or cable telephone – cell/mobile phones are acceptable for the interview, but candidate must install landline/cable phone if hired (cellular telephones are not compatible with this position)
• High-speed internet connection (Download 5 to 10Mbps, Upload 2 to 4 Mbps)
• Computer headset
• Webcam capability is a plus

Teaching days and hours: Working days are from Monday to Sunday (your choice within the 7 days), and we require a minimum of five hours per day, five days a week for a total minimum of 30-40 hours a week.
