Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Developing and selling partnership packages to major industry movers and notable industry giants
  • Developing, presenting, and closing overall proposals
  • Developing customized presentations and offers for various industries
  • Looking across the property portfolio and company capabilities to recommend and develop revenue-maximizing opportunities via advertising campaigns, branded content development, and sponsorship
  • Develop onboarding process, customer service process and renewal process.
  • Helping the company to develop and maintain relationships with partners
  • Furnish weekly performance reports of BD’s under him / her.
  • Collaborate with marketing and tech team to review market driven requests and innovations
  • Identify red ocean and blue ocean targets
  • Grow and expand prospect list to connected pocket industries
  • Drive BD team to achieve and surpass targets

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Solid professional skillset and 7 or more years of demonstrated, revenue-generating experience in B2B and B2C market for acquisition and partnerships
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience in selling partnership opportunities with Industry movers through x deals and value for value exchange models for GWPs.
  • Ability to think quantitatively and strategically about revenue generation
  • Ability to work cross functionally with the Marketing team to generate creative advertising and revenue proposals, with motivational selling skill / ability to deliver such proposals persuasively
  • Commercial aggressiveness and creativity
  • Deep satisfaction only in closing, comfort carrying a revenue target
  • Love of digital products and pride in our brands
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new things
  • Self-starter, intellectually curious with ethical business practices; culture right to join a close-knit team
  • English fluency
