- Lead the strategy, operation and performance of E-Commerce Department
- Manage all E-Commerce activities of all assigned brands with the platforms
- Monitor, analyze and report E-Commerce marketplace retail pricing
- Identify processes that will establish the brands online presence and support E-Commerce growth
- Provide and develop campaign performance, key recommendations and insights to drive marketing campaigns, and achievement of online sales
- Development, management and maintenance of sales and content strategies in online platforms
- Ensure that online stores are visually appealing and contents are accurate, up to date and aligned with current brands
- Initiate E-Commerce brand improvements
- Continuously think and identify branch of opportunities in activating E-Commerce platforms
- Establish relevant consumer promotions
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
- Meet planned sales goals
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales teams
- Coordinating with creatives and marketing on lead generation
- Work with our e-commerce and other platform partners to grow the business
- Work with marketplaces to create promotion partnerships to grow the business
- Oversee budget for the department
- Look for opportunities and revenue streams to increase sales
- Analyze data to better understand shopper behavior and competitive landscape to secure strong channel position
- Work with Logistics and Purchasing for forecasts and inventory management
- Work with Product Development for product innovations
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Has prior experience with e-commerce channels, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok
- Perform regular competitor monitoring to bring new ideas and strategies
- Closely coordinating with internal teams with ongoing projects and campaigns.
- Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets.
