Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for leading and managing business analysis for the Go-Jek logistics business unit covering several focus areas including marketing, operations and product.
- Lead OKR initiatives for logistics products.
- Conduct research or surveys that relate to enhancements in user experience.
- Initiating and supporting the establishment of new features.
- Responsible for providing post-analysis validation after features are released to production.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Min. 2-4 years experience of analytics function
- Have a strong analytical thinking
- Willingness to work in fast paced environment
- An excellent verbal and written communication (Both English and Indonesia)
- Confident team player who enjoy collaboration
- Organized and detail oriented person
- Have experience of using SQL language to drill data and create dashboard (not a must)
- Excellent powerpoint and excel skills
- Have experience in leading team.
- Have knowledge of statistical approach would be a plus.
